Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping in the United States only.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders are shipped as soon as possible, but please note that during peak seasons or special promotions, there may be slight delays.

If you need to update your shipping info, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order is not packed yet, we will be able to update it.

Shipping Rates

We ship most of our orders via USPS and will always be $5.95 flat no matter how many packages you order. We also offer expedited and express shipping options at an additional cost, please contact us for expedited options. 

It takes 2-5 business days for continental US destinations and up to 7 business days for Alaska and Hawaii


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

If you do not receive your tracking number or if you have any issues with tracking, please contact us.

 

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure your orders arrive on time, shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery times.

If your order is delayed, please reach out to us, and we will assist you in tracking the package or resolving any issues.

 

Missing or Damaged Packages

If your package is missing or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will investigate the issue and work with you to find a solution.

Please include your order number, photos of the damaged item (if applicable), and any other relevant details when reaching out.

 

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. We cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately.
